Fencing: 51 panels built now.

Girls dorm: Plumbing issues.

Boys Dorm: Plumbing issues, parged the walls inside and painted, outdoor skirt, stairs.

Outdoor Kitchen: Built sheltered kitchen for cooking and wired.

Kitchen and community area: finished the floor with a smooth finish coat on the floor, parged the walls, wired for electricity, out door parging, doors and stairs.

Pump House: piping, new pump due to high useage, water useage alarm.

Duplex: Board on the ceiling on one side and a dividing wall built for privacy to the roof.

Communal Kitchen – still needs windows, kitchen cabinents and counters.

Duplex – still needs blinds, kitchens and one sided boarded on the ceiling
